ORIGINS STORY

The Spring House London was founded in Fulham by Lisa Abram. 

I'm an accredited member of APDO, the UK’s membership association for decluttering and organising professionals. I completed APDO’s Starting A Professional Organising Business Course and passed the Centre of Excellence’s Professional Decluttering Organising Business Diploma with Distinction.

My previous career stemmed from an Honours degree in English Literature which led to work experience with journalists working within PR, and then my own expansive career in Consumer Public Relations with Global and National clients (ranging from Sport, Health, Food&Drink, Charity, Property & Interiors) at top London PR Agencies. Working and learning alongside some of the most talented individuals in this industry, plus experience as a Personal Assistant to a HNWI, cemented next level organisational skills and an incredible attention to detail. 

This skill set has had a huge influence in how I've  managed my home,  re-designed and renovated houses, orchestrated house moves – in London and abroad – as well as home organisation projects.

As a mum of two who is used to being pulled in every direction to ‘get it all done’, I fully understand that both productivity and relaxation are made easier in spaces that are calm, orderly and ‘make sense’.

I've also had first hand experience of how my environment has affected my mental health and at times have suffered from ‘House & Life Overwhelm’. The benefits gained from decluttering and re-organising my home and life have been instrumental in helping maintain a healthy lifestyle and mindset.  And now I want to help others do the same.
